The Council on Foreign Relations' David Rockefeller Studies Program — CFR's "think tank"—is home to more than seventy full-time, adjunct, and visiting scholars and practitioners. Their expertise covers the world's major regions as well as the critical issues shaping today's global agenda,[1] and sets the agenda for the broader US establishment.

Their output includes plans for how to rule of other countries, like their "The Day After in Venezuela"[2], where the country is compared to other regime changes: “Whether post-Maduro Venezuela devolves into anarchy and conflict, like Afghanistan, or follows the path to full democracy, like Chile, will depend on how Venezuelan authorities and its international partners manage the transition in its earliest days.”
