Career
He worked as a deputy assistant attorney general, under Thomas Dewey.[1]
Thomas H. Karamessines was the CIA CIA/Deputy Director for Plans from 31 July 1967 to 27 February 1973.[2]
Death
"Thomas Karamessines was expected to be questioned by the House Select Committee on Assassinations. However, he died of an apparent heart attack on 4th September, 1978, at his vacation home in Grand Lake, Quebec, before he could give evidence before the HSCA."[3]
