The President of the European Central Bank appears to be regulated through the
Étienne Davignon, former chairman, stated in a 2009 interview that the Bilderberg group "helped create the euro in the 1990s".[1] The succession of Bilderberg insiders appointed to President of the European Monetary Institute and then President of the European Central Bank bears this out.
