Zekeriya Yildirim is a Turkish businessman, board member of Dogan Holding and chairman of the board of the Darüşşafaka Society.
Background
He graduated from Darussafaka High School in 1962. He received his bachelor's degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics in 1966. He received his Master's degree from Vanderbilt University in the United States in 1976.
Career
He worked as an inspector at the Turkish Ministry of Finance. Between 1987 and 1999, he worked as a manager for many companies he was in Dogus Holding. In May 2008, he became a member of the board of directors of Dogan Holding.
He has worked as Chairman of Fu Real Estate Investment Consultancy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yildirim Consulting Services, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ada Plant Inc., Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Sabanci Holding and Tekfen Holding, TUSIAD High He is a member of the Presidential Council of the Council of Consultative Council, Chairman of the High Advisory Board of the Darussafaka Society, Member of the Board of Trustees of Ayhan Sahenk Foundation, Member of the Board of Trustees of TEGV and Chairman of the Financial World Editorial Board.
