Richard "Dick" Ian Titley was listed as a senior fellow on of the Institute for Statecraft's website, with a speciality in "Governance for National Security" when they took their website down.[1] He founded Prevention Protocols Ltd in 2011.[2]

Background

Richard Titley is believed to be the younger brother of Robert Mark Titley, a fellow director of EPIC.

Career

Dick Titley worked for Staffordshire Police from 1998 to 2006 on "Specialist Operations: National Security, terrorism & extremism activity and major investigations." He was seconded for 3 years from 2006 as a"Regional Ports Intelligence Officer" to the West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit.[3]

From 2009-2011 he worked for ACPO "in close collaboration with the Home Office and other Government Agencies to design, write and co-ordinate the production of the ‘National Guidance on Counter Terrorism Local Profiles’ (CTLP)."[3]

In 2011 he founded Prevention Protocols Ltd for whom he worked as "Counter Terrorism Information Sharing Co-ordinator".[3]

In 2015 he became a director of Epic (Integrity Assured).

A leaked Integrity Initiative budget names R Titley as "project facilitator" and lists his salary as £3240/month.[4]
