Robert Goodwill is a Member of Parliament (MP) for the Conservative Party.[1] He represents the constituency of Scarborough & Whitby. He was elected to parliament in the May 2005 General Election with a majority of 1,245 votes. He has been Shadow Minister for Transport since 6 July 2007.[2]
Robert Goodwill is a Managing Director and has controlling interest in Mowthorpe (UK) Ltd. The company operates a green/woodland cemetery on land which was previously part of Southwood Farm, Terrington, in North Yorkshire.[3]
Mowthorpe Garden of Rest is part of the 250-acre Southwood farm at Terrington where the Goodwill Family have lived since before 1850.[4]
