Karen Gay Silkwood was an American chemical technician and labor union activist. While driving to meet with a New York Times journalist and an official of her union's national office, she died in a car crash, the circumstances of which were never explained entirely.
Official narrative
She attempted to expose the safety violations and negligence at Kerr-McGee’s Cimarron River nuclear facility.[1] That was why she was killed.
Problems with official narrative
The real exposure she had was the diversion of uranium & plutonium to the Israel nuclear program[2][3]
Her case was taken by the Christic Institute.
