Kari Stadigh is a Finnish businessman among the top five leaders and economic influencers in Finland[1] who was CEO of the insurer Sampo Group from 2009 to 2019,[2][3] and "righ-hand man" of Björn Wahlroos[1], where they both attended the 2014 Bilderberg meeting.

Stadigh retired at the end of 2019, when Torbjörn Magnusson took over as CEO.

Background

Stadigh was born in Helsinki in 1955. His father was Erik Stadigh, deputy executive director of the Savings Bank of Finland.[1]

He graduated as in 1979 from the Helsinki University of Technology and as in 1980 from the Hanken School of Economics.

Activities
