In 2011 he founded Prevention Protocols Ltd for whom he worked as "Counter Terrorism Information Sharing Co-ordinator".[3]
In 2015 he became a director of Epic (Integrity Assured).
A leaked Integrity Initiative budget names R Titley as "project facilitator" and lists his salary as £3240/month.[4]
