Le Cercle
The June 1983 guest list of Le Cercle lists "John Lichowski" under "USA" as "NSC" - presumably a reference to the US National Security Council. Since there appears to be no references to this name elsewhere, it may be pseudonym of a well known NSC member. The other USA delegates are Donald Jameson and Ted Shackley (listed as 'industralists'), Lee Edwards and William Schneider.
