The Pakistani Deep State exerted pressure through the ISI on judges who suspended the 14-year jail sentence handed down to former prime minister Imran Khan.[1]
People
Benazir Bhutto, an alumna of Harvard and Oxford University, GLT 1994, was Leader of Pakistan Peoples Party for a quarter of a century until her assassination in 2007.
Pervez Musharraf was simultaneously Pakistani Chief of Army Staff, President of Pakistan, Pakistan's Minister of Defence and Chief Executive of Pakistan.
