At 11pm on 28 February 2023, Isabel Oakeshott gave 100,000 of Matt Hancock's WhatsApp messages to The Daily Telegraph. Oakeshott has been accused of breaching the terms of a non-disclosure agreement[1]
The messages reportedly show the then-Secretary of States communication with other ministers and officials at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.[2]
