Mr. Tully was born in New York City, grew up on Long Island, and was a graduate of Yale and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.[1][2]
Death
The New York Times reported on Paul Tulley's death. [3] "Pulaski County Coroner Steve Nawojczyk said he appeared to have died of natural causes, probably heart attack or stroke."[4]
