Robert Henry Conn was an American state official. He was Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller) from 1981 to 1984 and Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller) from 1984 to 1988.

Biography

Robert Henry Conn was born in Boonton, New Jersey in June 1925, the son of Henry Hammond Conn and Violet Bertha Doremus.
