Philip Matthews is a former director of the Institute for Statecraft. He was listed as a trustee as of January 2019.[1] He resigned in May 2019.[2] His specialist areas were listed as "Anti-corruption; Counter-narcotics; Border Control; Surveillance and the Law; Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation".[3]
Activities
Matthews co-founded the now defunct Astutus Intelligence with Martin Lewis Dubbey (also of the Institute for Statecraft) and Cary Haskel Zitcer.[4]
