Le Cercle met in Madrid in 2007, from 29 November 2007 to 2 December, according to Crispin Blunt's paliamentary declaration.[1] Margaret Beckett declared in June 2008: "1-2 December 2007, to Madrid, for speaking engagement at a meeting of Le Cercle. Travel and one night's hotel accommodation for me and a member of my staff provided by the organisers."[2]
