Misappropriation of funds
Heubl came under the suspicion of many years of misappropriation of donations. He paid a fine of 20,000 German marks.[citation needed]
Career
His political career ended as President of the Bavarian Landtag, from 30th October 1978 to 23rd October 1990.
He attended Le Cercle in June 1983.
