Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov were identified by the British government as being responsible for the March attack on Russian former double agent Sergei Skripal, 66, and his daughter Yulia, 33, who were allegedly poisoned by the Novichok nerve agent.[1]

Official narrative

On 8 October 2018, Bellingcat tweeted:

"Together with Russia's The Insider, we have identified the second Skripals poisoning suspect as Alexander Mishkin, trained medical doctor in the employ of the GRU."[2]
