Gino Scarpa was an Italian art critic and editor who attended the Bilderberg/1956.[1][2]

Scarpa was editor-in-chief of a Milanese afternoon newspaper, L'ambrosiano. Scarpa was not only a first-rate intelligence ("Art for him is a descent into the shadows, accomplished in solitude, from which no one goes back"), but he cultivated "the idea of doing journalism that was against journalism".[3]
