Paul Antonopoulos is an Australian journalist. He has lectured at several international conferences and regularly appears on television, including PressTV, RT and Indus News, as well as radio in Russia and the United States.[1]
Activities
He is the Project Director and a Research Fellow on MENA and Latin America Studies at the Center for Syncretic Studies. He is serving as Editor of the Journal for Syncretic Studies and for Fort Russ News while also being the Brazilian liaison for the Center.
He has an MA in International Relations from Western Sydney University and is the co-author of Syria: The Hegemonic Flashpoint between Iran and Saudi Arabia.
In 2017, the pro-Syrian site Al-Masdar suspended editor Antonopoulos after he was shown to be active "10 years ago" on Nazi site StormFront.[2][3]
