After many years of work on boards and supervisory boards, especially the paper industry, Heine-Geldern has been Managing President for Church in Need internationally since April 2018; he had previously been President of the Austrian Section of Church in Need since 2013. In addition to his native language German, he speaks fluent English and French and has extensive experience in the foundation.[1]
