David Kimche was an Israeli diplomat and agent of the Mossad.
Activities
Kimche brought Israeli agents and mercenaries into Azerbaijan at the request of Richard Secord, and worked with Secord and the regional secret service organizations of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. He was a participant in the October Surprise and Iran-Contra scandal, and consultant to Manuel Noriega.[citation needed]
