Description	An assassination attempt was made against Donald Trump in 2024, missing his skull by a few inches.

On the 14th of July 2024, US Republican Party candidate Donald Trump was shot during a campaign rally, hit shooter shot dead. The gunmen fired multiple shots resulting in at least 1 other visitor dying. This was the first time that a former or current U.S. president or presidential candidate was injured in an attempted assassination since president Ronald Reagan was shot in 1981.

Official narrative

During a rally, Donald Trump was shot and seen bleeding, causing Secret Service agents to rush him away with guns drawn. He was quickly escorted to a vehicle for safety.

On July 13 2024, shots were fired at US Presidential candidate Doanld Trump at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania. Trump was shot in the upper right ear during the shooting. He ducked to the ground and was surrounded by the Secret Service. Witnesses and local law enforcement were reported as having seen a shooter that was shot dead within 1 minute from a sloped roof 400 feet away from Trump.

Concerns

Shooter spotted

Multiple witnesses, including one telling the BBC came forward that multiple people saw a shooter less than 130 meters away from the site crawling up a roof with a rifle minutes before the shooting occurred. They signed the US Secret Service with arm gestures and screaming, both failed to gather the attention of the agents nearby.

Secret Service agents line of sight

Another video, broadcaster by CNN on 3:06 GMT pointed out that the counter snipers of the US Secret Service were in direct line of sight of the shooter and would have been able to saw the shooter move first before coming back up and taking the shot. The USS sniper flinched back after seeing the shooter. After the shots were fired, he then did engage and killed the sniper. Why the shooter wasn't taken out immediately, or why the shooter wasn't spotted when we he was bear crawling and peeking over the roof - seen by witnesses - was not clear or questioned during press moments with the US Department of Homeland Security by CCM.

Downplaying

CNN, ABC, NBC and several international media called the shooting a "shooting incident", even after the FBI opened up an assassination probe into the shooting and the shooter was pictured with military combat clothing and an AR-15.
