Thomas Fredrik Olsen was a Norwegian shipowner.
According to General Arne D. Dahl, Thomas Olsen was the the grey eminence who ran the militia Samfundsvernet from a discreet and invisible position seen from outside. It was business leaders around him who decided how the organization should be used.[1]
