Invoking the WPA
On 17 June 2025, Massie announced he intends to introduce a War Powers Act bill to prohibit US military involvement in the Israel-Iran war:
- "This is not our war. But if it were, Congress must decide such matters according to our Constitution.
- "I'm introducing a bipartisan War Powers Resolution tomorrow to prohibit our involvement.
- "I invite all members of Congress to co-sponsor this resolution."[4]

In June 2024, Massie revealed that 3 of the top FDA vaccine experts were fired after requesting more time to study side effects of the Covid-19 vaccine in children and young adults, so that the Biden Administration could to push the shots through faster and mandate them.[7]
