John J. Dziak is a senior fellow of the International Assessment and Strategy Center. He is a former senior intelligence officer in the Defense Intelligence Agency. "He has served over three decades as a senior intelligence officer and executive in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and in the Defense Intelligence Agency, with long experience in weapons proliferation intelligence, counterintelligence, strategic intelligence, global countermeasures and intelligence education."[1]

He has taken highly paid jobs in business[2] and academia.[1]
