Guillermo "William" Kirkpatrick y Mendaro was a spooky Spanish diplomat and politician.[1][2]
Career
Guillermo Kirkpatrick was an MP, Vice president of the Popular Alliance (which in 1989 became the Partido Popular) and Consul general of Spain.
He attended Le Cercle in Bonn in 1983.
