Global Access Diagnostics (GADx) (until 2021 Mologic) is best known for the deep-nostril "technology" used to deliver rapid Covid-19 "tests"[1] and later, its lateral flow test. It was bought by Global Access Health in 2021, a consortium controlled by Bill Gates and George Soros, in a plan to expand its activities.

Own words
Global Access Diagnostics (GADx) is a leading developer of lateral flow and rapid diagnostic technologies, products, and services. Bringing skills together for real impact, we work with companies, researchers, and clinicians to help them deliver fast, reliable, and accurate diagnoses at the point of care.[2]
History
Mologic was founded in 2003 as a for-profit medical research and innovation laboratory by CEO Mark Davis and his father, Paul Davis. Paul Davis was the inventor of the Clearblue pregnancy test, which first launched in 1988. The pregnancy test was the world’s first commercial application of lateral flow technology, the company claims.
In 2016, Mologic established the Center for Advanced Rapid Diagnostics (CARD) with the backing of a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, focusing on lowering the cost of "rapid-delivery healthcare".[1]
In 2020, it received $27 million from the Gates Foundation "to develop an automated high volume manufacturing process to supply diagnostics tests for pandemic, endemic diseases in normal times, and surge capacity for future pandemics to low and middle income countries."[3]
On 20th April 2020, Mologic announced that it will begin manufacturing its laboratory diagnostic test for COVID-19.T he laboratory-based ELISA diagnostic test was expected to produce up to 46,000 results per day, contributing a significant portion of the UK government's planned 100,000 "tests" per day.[4]
Deep state interest
In July 2021, George Soros and Bill Gates were part of a consortium which bought Mologic, in an effort to increase access to "affordable state-of-the-art medical technology' around the world. The Soros Economic Development Fund and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation announced the launch of a new initiative, Global Access Health (GAH), aiming to "strengthen the global rollout saving medical technology", spending $41 million on Mologic. Other participants include ELMA philanthropies, Skagen, and Sapling family investment groups.[5]
Clinton Health Access Initiative
In May 2023 GADx announced that Mark Davis was stepping down as CEO and co-founder after 20 years, having created the organisation Mologic Ltd in June 2003 alongside his father, Prof. Paul Davis. Paul was part of the original team that pioneered lateral flow technology. GADx' parent company Global Access Health contracted with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) to provide management services to support the organisation through the CEO transition.[6]
