Federico Silva Muñoz was Spanish Minister of Public Works 1965-1970. He attended Le Cercle.

Background

He was awarded Doctor of Law from the University of Madrid with extraordinary prize. He joined in opposition simultaneously in the Body State Bar of Lawyers and the Council of State of Spain. Married to Dona Rosario Lapuerta, he had nine children.

Career

He was president of the Lessee Company Oil Monopoly (CAMPSA). Later he was Member of Parliament for the province of Zamora. Founder and first president of Alianza Popular (the Popular Party today).
