The European Council on Foreign Relations is a creation of George Soros, so it follows naturally that the Director, Mark Leonard, is a protege of Soros. He also gets paid to write op-eds for Soros' propaganda outlet Project Syndicate and is director of foreign policy at the Centre for European Reform, a Soros-sponsored think-tank.
