Resignation
On 29 November 2021, Cat Smith tweeted:
This morning I resigned from Labour’s shadow cabinet and I look forward to spending more time here in Lancaster and Fleetwood. This is something I’ve been wanting to do for some time and the reshuffle that’s going on today seems the most appropriate time to leave the front bench.[2] [3]
