The CIA's External Advisory Board, a board started by Michael Hayden (Director 2006-09), is chosen at the director's discretion. The members are only sometimes made public, making these lists incomplete. This specific board was selected by CIA director Leon E. Panetta in September 2009.[1]

| Vernon Jordan | Close friend of Bill Clinton. A member of the Bilderberg Steering committee who attended 34 Bilderberg meetings. |
| Arnold Kanter | Spooky US deep state functionary. Special Assistant to President George H. W. Bush, part of Brent Scowcroft’s National Security Council staff. |
