Anna Paulina Luna (née Mayerhofer, later Gamberzky) is an American politician [1] who allegedly worked as a stripper in 2014.

Family background
Luna's late father, George, was of Mexican and German descent and spoke Spanish and English. Her mother's parents were Mexican American.[2]
Relatives says Luna's father, George Mayerhofer, was Catholic, not Jewish, and that "they were not aware of him practicing any form of Judaism while Luna was growing up", but Luna and her mother, Monica, say that he converted to Messianic Judaism. Messianic Jews — who believe that Jesus was the Messiah — generally identify with Judaism, but are viewed as protestant Christians by the major Jewish denominations.[2]
One of her grandfathers fought in the Wehrmacht during World War 2.[2]
Career
Luna served as an airfield management specialist in the U.S. Air Force from 2009 to 2014. She subsequently joined the Oregon Air National Guard. In 2013 she made swim suit photos for Sports Illustrated.[3]

Police reports indicate that she (then Mayerhofer) has worked as a dancer (stripper, exotic entertainer) in 2014.[4][5][6][7] Luna herself says it was a job as a cocktail waitress.[8]
Political career
She joined Turning Point USA and unsuccessfully ran for a seat in the U.S. House in 2020. She was elected in 2022 with the support of Donald Trump in her primary.
In 2021 Luna made public that other people (William Braddock, Amanda Makki, Matt Tito) through Erin Marie Olszewski related to her that they wanted to kill her.[9][10] commercially-controlled media outlets reported on the matter.[11][12]
Activities
In February 2025, Luna was selected to lead a task force titled the "Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets." The task force's mission is to examine the declassification of materials in the public interest. This announcement follows President Trump’s executive order entitled "Declassification of Records Concerning the Assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr." [13]
