Own words
My name is Pamela Fitzpatrick, and I am running as an independent candidate for Harrow West, where I live, work, and raise my family. I founded a local charity in 2010 to provide free legal advice, helping thousands with housing, benefits, and immigration issues. I’ve served as a local councillor, Chair of Governors, and trustee for a youth charity, seeing firsthand the problems caused by service cuts, long GP wait times, and lack of support for children with special needs.
I am very concerned about Harrow’s housing crisis, with too many luxury properties that most people can’t afford, especially affecting those in private rentals. As a member of our diverse community, I understand the impact of global conflicts and believe in the need for compassionate leadership. I am part of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign and the Peace and Justice Project, advocating for social justice, peace, and human rights in Harrow and beyond.[3]
