A draft personnel list from the 3rd Integrity Initiative leak describes Perry Fawcett as follows:
Director of a number of companies involved in marketing and new media; Special Constable with the Metropolitan Police financial and organised crime unit and has worked with MOD and JNAC in the areas of financial crime, especially the tracking of money flows in support of adversary organisations has been a particular focus of this work; expert trainer in budgeting and budgetary control for NGOs.
