Taro Kono is a Japanese politician who has been Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister of Defense under Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.

Education

He is son of Yōhei Kōno, a Liberal Democratic Party powerbroker.

He studied at Walsh School of Foreign Service under Madeleine Albright.[1]

Career

Kono was charge of overseeing the Japanese administration of the COVID-19 jab.[2]
