The Sierra Club [1] was originally founded in 1892, but grew dramatically under the leadership of radical activist David Browser in the 1950s and 1960s. Browser advocated a form of eugenics:
“Childbearing [should be] a punishable crime against society, unless the parents hold a government license... All potential parents [should be] required to use contraceptive chemicals, the government issuing antidotes to citizens chosen for childbearing.”

It often coordinates its priorities with other deep state foundations, creating a mesh of grants, cross-grants and sub-grants that is very hard to analyze. |
