The CIA's External Advisory Board, a board started by Michael Hayden (Director 2006-09), is chosen at the director's discretion. The members are only sometimes made public, making these lists incomplete. This specific board was selected by CIA director Leon E. Panetta in September 2009.

Member	Description
Madeleine Albright	Ruthless politician, acquired and beloved by everyone named Clinton in the 1990s. Hero of Kosovo. Most powerful woman of all time according to ISGP's superclass index. When asked about half a million dead Iraqi children because of the sanctions she enforced, she replied "We think the price is worth it."
Dan Glickman	CIA advisor and Chair of the Motion Picture Association of America
Bob Graham	A multi-millionaire deep political insider, who headed up the first cover up of 9/11.
Lee H. Hamilton	Having chaired some key house committees, Hamilton appears to have established himself as a safe pair of hands for handling potentially damaging information, explaining his choice as fallback vice chairman of the 9/11 Commission.
Vernon Jordan	Close friend of Bill Clinton. A member of the Bilderberg Steering committee who attended 34 Bilderberg meetings.
Arnold Kanter	Spooky US deep state functionary. Special Assistant to President George H. W. Bush, part of Brent Scowcroft’s National Security Council staff.
Thomas Pickering	US diplomat and suspected deep politician, because of being so highly connected
Warren Rudman	A Rockefeller Republican Senator and possible deep state functionality
