Career
Dick Titley worked for Staffordshire Police from 1998 to 2006 on Specialist Operations: National Security, terrorism & extremism activity and major investigations. He was seconded for 3 years from 2006 as a"Regional Ports Intelligence Officer" to the West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit.[1]
From 2009-2011 he worked for ACPO "in close collaboration with the Home Office and other Government Agencies to design, write and co-ordinate the production of the ‘National Guidance on Counter Terrorism Local Profiles’ (CTLP)."[1]
From 2011-2012 he worked for Prevention Protocols Ltd as "Counter Terrorism Information Sharing Co-ordinator"[1]
