The Corriere della Sera is an Italian language newspaper.
Alignment
The paper towed the Bilderberg line and was for a time controlled by Licio Gelli's P2 lodge.
Reporting
The paper carried a story by Francesco Cossiga which challenged the US government's "19 men with box cutters" theory. In it, Cossiga stated that the attack was widely understood in intelligence circles to have been organised by the CIA and Mossad. Reporting on this in 2010, The Guardian claimed taht he was "of course" being ironic.[1]
