The BBC has experienced serious censorship as regards nuclear weapons.

The BBC have never released the source of their information that WTC7 would collapse, and have only issued one statement regarding their remarkable premature announcement of the collapse of WTC7. In 2007, Richard Porter, a BBC Senior Editor claimed that the BBC "no longer ha[d] the original tapes of our 9/11 coverage", that "if we reported the building had collapsed before it had done so, it would have been an error - no more than that"[1], adding that no further explanation would be forthcoming.
