William Carman Bill Chasey was a Washington DC lobbyist from 1975-1998 and represented some of the world's most prestigious business clients and over twenty foreign governments before the United States Congress. His Washington career was effectively destroyed following publication of his 1995 book Pan Am 103: Lockerbie Cover-up [1] which argued persuasively against the Official Narrative of Libyan guilt for the attrocity.
Chasey is the founder and current (July 2015) President of the Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility based in Warsaw. [2]
In 2011, following a cancer diagnosis, Chasey published another book - Truth Never Dies [3] - which details his work for the CIA and how he was effectively hounded out of Washington following publication of his earlier book. It includes the allegation that the CIA made strenuous efforts to have him plant tracking devices on the Libyan Lockerbie suspects. He says that this was to facilitate their assassination and thus prevent them being brought to trial at Camp Zeist.
