Thomas Varvitsiotis is a Greek PR-executive. He attended the 2008 Bilderberg meeting.
Education
Varvitsiotis holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy ofTufts University, as well as a Bachelor in International Relations and History from Boston University.[1]
Career
He worked as a journalist at the Greek Daily Newspaper Eleftheros Typos and from 1993 to 1995 he was the publisher of the monthly international affairs magazine "EMPHASIS".[2]
Varvitsiotis founded V+O, the biggest independent communications and public relations agency in Southeastern Europe (6 countries, 11 companies, 130 employees and 140 active clients)[1].
He has consulted a large number of companies and organizations both in the private and the public sector, as well as some of the most important politicians and businessmen across South East Europe.[1]
He is the President of the Fletcher Club of Greece (network of Fletcher alumni), as well as the Vice-President of the Lambropoulos Foundation, and since 2011, the co-founder and Chairman of the non-profit organization Paradeigmatos Hari.[1]
V+O was bought by an Italian company in 2024.[3]
