Albert G. Aukes was Director of the Dutch Africa-institute in Rotterdam.[1][2][3]
The Africa Institute was founded in Rotterdam in December 1946 to promote Dutch economic interests in Africa by providing information and had a scientific section at Leiden University[4]. Bilderberg founder Prince Bernhard was President.[5]
