Andy Wightman is a Scottish Green Party Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the Lothian region and a writer and researcher best known for his work on land ownership in Scotland. He is the author of "Who Owns Scotland" and "The Poor Had No Lawyers".[1]
On 27 November 2018, in the European Court of Justice case brought by Andy Wightman and others, C-621/18 Wightman on revocation of Article 50, it is anticipated that Advocate General Manuel Campos Sánchez-Bordona will deliver his Opinion early in December 2018,[2] and the ECJ Judges are expected to deliver their judgment before Christmas 2018.[3]
