Career
"He joined RAE Bedford in 1973, where he worked on aeroelasticity, systems and software engineering. He was in MoD MB from 1988-1996 as a scientific advisor to ACDS (Concepts), as AD (Science) Joint Systems, and as Customer for Systems and Human Sciences in the Corporate Research Programme. He initiated the UK Synthetic Environments programme. In 1996 he joined DERA as a technical consultant, moving to Dstl in 2001 to work on knowledge and information agency. He was Senior Research Fellow in the Advanced Research and Assessment Group at the Defence Academy from 2006 until 2010."[1]
