In 1946, Harvey worked with Ted Shackley and Henry Hecksher in Berlin.

JFK Assassination

When Congress investigated the JFK assassination in the 1970s, the CIA pulled a 123-page file on Harvey's operational activities, which was still classified as of April 2014.[1]
