ACLU v. NSA
On August 17, 2006, Judge Anna Diggs Taylor ruled that George W. Bush broke the law, committed a serious felony and violated the US Constitution. This was not reported on by the US commercially-controlled media, and in July 2007 a federal appeals court reversed the lower court's decision by a 2-1 ruling.[1][2]
