Baiba A. Rubesa is a Latvian businesswoman who attended the 2018 Bilderberg.
Career
Baiba Rubesa is a former CEO/Chairperson of the management board of Rail Baltica (resigned on 2018/09/26) - a joint venture founded by Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to implement railway infrastructure in the region. She has been a supervisory board member for DNB NORD banka, Chaired the Foreign Investors Council in Latvia, been a Vice President of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia. She currently serves on the Supervisory Board of the think tank PROVIDUS.[1]
