William Dodge attended the 1968 Bilderberg.

He was vice-president of the Canadian Labor Congress in 1964,[1] and secretary-treasurer of the Canadian Brotherhood of Railway,Transport and General Workers.

Following WWII, the congress took the lead in expelling influential communist-dominated unions from its ranks. As the voice of Canadian industrial unionism, the CCL played an important role in national political and economic affairs.[2]
